US CUSTOMERS: If for some reason you’re not satisfied with your purchase, new and unused Allbirdsoshoe purchased from allbirdsoshoe.shop can be returned free of charge within 30 days of the purchase date for a refund, unless the product is noted as final sale. Any shipping charges from the original order will not be refunded. Please visit our Returns Dashboard to initiate your return automatically. Refund is subject to confirmation of returned product received and processed at our warehouse.
If returning outside the 30 day window, please reach out to [email protected] for valid address to ship to and further instructions.
Allbirdsoshoe only accepts returns of product purchased from allbirdsoshoe.shop. All returns of orders placed through other retailers can only be authorized through and returned to those retailers. All allbirdsoshoe items eligible for returns unless stated as final sale.
